Summary of skills and responsibilities:

• Researched policies and interviewed staff from the Duke Graduate School, the Women’s Center, and the Career Center to assess mentorship needs of graduate student and postdoctoral communities
• Pioneered online networking program equipped with ready-made, personalized, one-on-one mentorship for women interested in non-research academic careers
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary team to build a mentorship program applicable to the needs of students from the humanities to the sciences
• Presented project development and results to administrators in the Graduate School and the Office of Postdoctoral Services
